Only reason I ask is because my spouse will fly out of Belgrade (when he gets his PPR) . Most affordable method for anyone who is travelling Spring/Summer from Belgrade...maybe even Sarajevo...to Montreal or Toronto is:

Jat Airlines: Belgrade-Rome (1 way morning flight)
Air Transat: Rome-Montreal or Toronto (1 way afternoon flight)

Total is not more than 575$ total.

Air Transat has many flight from Europe to Toronto/Montreal and they are usually extremely cheap.

Just an FYI for anyone that is looking for a good one-way deal from Euro-Canada

If you're looking for flights.. check out momondo.com that is the best I think.. it's the Google of airline tickets or car rentals... etc I have a feeling you'll be putting it in your bookmarks. hehe... it's THAT good I swear by it.

serge did any of your GCSM notes ever had "exept files"

I am on family class and after recieving my GCSM notes, cover letter said

"The processing of your request is now complete and I am pleased to enclose the documents requested. Certain information qualifies for exemption pursuant to section(s) 16(1)(c) injurious to the enforcement of any law of Canada or a province or the conduct of lawful investigations of the Access to Information Act."

anyone has clue what kind of "investigation" this is.

That is Section 16(1)c in Access of information act.
