I have already sent one last April 5. When will it reach CIO? I checked the postal tracking number, it is still not in their system.

I don't think you should withdraw. I think you can apply under the new rules. Once one of your application reaches a certain stage, then you are supposed to withdraw from the other. This is my understanding. Perhaps someone can add to this.

Do they refund the application fees in the old process? If yes, you can withdraw then i guess. But you should really make sure that you qualify under the new rule.

can anyone tell me that what is the status of 3rd quarter of 2004 cases

please tell me because I have applied in sep-2004 and still waiting for medical/intervew, even I sent various letters regarding updated status of my case to canadian high commission, but no satisfactory reply, my company has received a telephone call in Dec-2009 from canadian visa office for confirmation of my job, and after that no reply from them
please advice for further action, either I have to wait or ask
