Got first portal email yesterday Aug 4 from Vancouver IRCC

Eligibility recommend pass,
Security not started
Case transferred to Ircc Yellowknife @ August.05

No RCMP request. The IRCC agent did not say my file was transfer to yellowknife, but she did say my primary VO is yellowknife and secondary VO is vancouver

i am december (and i know many others too).
according to their website (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html) they are currently processing novembers -- with some lucky ones later getting theirs too.

nope, all in (spouse) -- so im just part of the backlog theyre clearing out. sorry bud, i know those with outland dependants follow a different timeline and are often stopped just short of the final approval.
