Congratulations on your test, did you do it in Surrey Office? When did you get your letter in the mail? was it updated online before you received the mail or after?
Don't worry about this form, I know people got it and sent back and got their oath letters in 2-3 months.

For exit records for my trips to Europe (they dont put stamps on my passport there). I guess I am sending boarding passes and flight ticket itineraries.

So, the test was in Vancouver even though your file is in Surrey!?
are you a surrey resident?
my file is in Surrey and it seems they're the slowest in Canada!!

I'm not Surrey resident but was previously told that my file is there. Perhaps they've changed it later; but in the end this doesn't matter - you will hear from them soon!
