August 2019 applicant. I had my oath last week (my DM was in July and test in late April): it's still hard to believe after all that wait (and occasional despair). So, do stay hopeful: the IRCC is working on our applications and trying to clear the backlog. Best of luck to everyone!

Hi there,
I am now part of Vancouver office after a long year asking for my file to be transferred.

I'm part of the 2019 backlog September.
I asked for ATIP one month ago and I got it this morning.
We are called AGING INVENTORY 2019
Apparently my FP are expired but never requested new ones....

Anyone has more information about Vancouver EXPO office ?

How do they request FP ? Mail or email ?

I wasn't urgent processing, but I didn't need the language or test requirements as I'm over 54, so that probably made it quicker.

Vancouver office is slowly getting back to action looks like. I have some surprising news on our application, all the sections have now been Completed under the new system and there is a Decision Made on Ecas portal (for me and my wife). This is 9 months after we took our test. So finally I am relieved we are at least one step closer (hoping they have approved our file!), don't know when the Oath will happen but hoping it is sooner rather than later. Is it normal that the kid's status would still show In Progress?

Everyone hang in there, I am hoping the 2019 backlog is cleared off soon!
