Wasn't expecting to receive my Citizenship Certificate so quickly, but 1 week to the day it has arrived! Hope everyone gets updates and completions soon.

Mine was in process from the decision made date, but I know that sometimes it doesn't change to in process until they send your ceremony date. Seems a bit hit and miss.

In the tracker it stays in process until you have completed your oath ceremony, at that point the process is completed. My ECAS said decision made on 4th August and it wasn't until I took my oath ceremony on Dec 3rd that the process was complete. Hope that helps!

I didn't need to take the test as 55+, DM was Aug 4, Oath invite Nov 23, Oath Ceremony Dec 3. I am in the spreadsheet, but it doesn't seem to have been updated.

Was not aware of any e-certificate, was just told it would be 2-4 weeks for it to arrive.

Now officially a Canadian Citizen! Took my Oath by virtual ceremony yesterday afternoon (Vancouver), along with 59 other people. Citizenship Certificate should arrive in 2-4 weeks and then on to passport application. Wishing everybody success in their ongoing applications.

Not seeing any of the updates requested by people on the November sheet. Who does the updating?

I applied 7th Sept and queried with them after 2 months. I got an email in reply to my query to say that they are very behind and acknowledge that it was sent in, but couldn't give a clear indication of when it would be completed but that would put it as a priority.

I wasn't urgent processing, but I didn't need the language or test requirements as I'm over 54, so that probably made it quicker.

Just received Oath Date of Dec 3rd. Application sent Nov 2020, AOR Feb 2021, DM was Aug 4th.

Woohoo, I received an update on my tracker and have been given the date for my Oath Ceremony on Dec 3rd :) Would somebody update the spreadsheet pleease! Do you receive the time of the ceremony in the invitation email?

I've been waiting 2 1/2 months for my GCMS notes. I queried the wait and they sent me a reply to say that everything is delayed and that they will put it on a priority....waiting :)

I applied for GCMS notes Sept 7 and haven't received anything yet.

My citizenship ceremony was changed to in progress on July 30th and haven't heard a peep since. I wonder if anybody else has received their ceremony date recently from Vancouver office?

What office is that from and are you urgent processing?

Thanks, that's what has happened to me. Ceremony changed to in progress on 30 July and still waiting for scheduled date. Patience is the key I guess :)

How long did you see the Citzenship Ceremony 'in progress' for before you then got a date for the oath ceremony?

Yes, it seemed odd to me as well. I checked ECAS and it shows decision made, but they don't show the date of decision in that system.

Just curious, but does your tracker say Oath Ceremony is in progress or not started?
