Hi All! My application is in progress since October 2020 and there has been no update from IRCC. What shall I do? I have submitted webforms multiple times and they always say its in progress.....

My file was with the Vancouver office and the certificate was received within a week via CP. They are not allowed to fold it so it will be handed in person if your mailbox is small. In my case, my building has a bigger mailbox for special/larger deliveries and CP left the key in my personal mailbox.

Also, if your mother doesn't have an identity - "They will issue a 2 years validity Canadian Passport" without any identity. In future, this can be used towards a 5 or 10 years passport.

Yes! You can use the Indian passport as an identity as long as it has not expired.

Only when you are mailing the Oath or Affirmation form back to your loc How did you find out the date (Citizenship Certificate issued and dispatched on : 6th Jan. 2021)?

If there was a representative on your application, only that person is allowed to access information/updates through IRCC via phone call. Also, where do you see that the application has been received? Do you have an email correspondence? If so, have you tried taking a screenshot and sending it...
