USA visitor Visa

Hello everyone,
I'm planing to visit my sister and her family in USA. I came to Canada in February on a work visa and technically I am not working yet. But my husband came here 3 years ago, he's been working full time here for the last 3 years and We got our PRs in April. Now I'm not sure which one of us should fill the application as the primary applicant? Cause my husband has a full time job and we are going to visit my sister. I appreciate if any one could help me...

There will be no problem for both of you to get the US visa stamped, but your husband should be the primary applicant.
