I understand the importance of accurately declaring the purpose of travel, but I believe there's a key difference between misrepresentation and changing circumstances. At the time of my visa application, my intentions were clear and aligned with the visa type. It’s important to note that under different administrations, the policies and enforcement around immigration have fluctuated. While the system is built on merit and criteria, the recent shift toward more restrictive policies has made it harder for people with strong ties and financial stability, like myself, to gain entry despite meeting those criteria. The U.S. immigration system should remain consistent and transparent, not subject to changing political climates that can impact fair decision-making. Now I don't know, if I will get trouble entrying US after Canadian passport because of my refusal on RTD with PR.

Most people don’t travel to the US, especially by plane, and then a month later decide to claim asylum in Canada. The one exception is if there is a major country condition change during their visit like a war. Assume you did gathered documentation in support of your asylum claim, profession, identity documents and maybe even a few keepsakes which a normal tracker would not bring with them on vacation. The issue of using the US entry, especially by air, to claim asylum in Canada was somewhat overlooked but still became more of an issue at the end of the Biden term. It is impossible to predict what will happen when you become a Canadian citizen or even a PR. As a citizen it should be easier but not sure you can count on logic these days. It really depends on the administration at the time and their enforcement intentions/goals/views and likely attitude towards immigration in the US. In general it is going to be more difficult for everyone to enter the US in the near future and entry (or entry without detention) is never guaranteed for anyone expect US citizens.

For how long was the UK visa granted?
Just the date you mentioned you wanted to visit UK or 6 months multiple entry?
