US Police Clearance: FBI Processing Times

does anyone know if they will confirm receipt of your request? i sent mine w/ a certified money order, and was confirmed received via Fedex tracking- but just wanted to see if the FBI will confirm they've received it if you call?

I called just now asking about whether they've received my mail, however, they would not be able to confirm receiving the mail until they actually start processing it.

Ha ... I was suspecting typo too ... especially considering that they got my passport missing for a week lately. Good idea, I will call FBI on Monday.

I called FBI. I turned out that both 26306 and 26301 are correct zip codes for them. Thanks!

Guys, My PCC application was received a while ago by checking the tracking via fedex. It was received by L. Wagner.
Is it the same with you all? same guy who received our application.

I called FBI. I turned out that both 26306 and 26301 are correct zip codes for them. Thanks!

I still have 30 days left but I already sent the application with an explanation (that it will probably not arrive on time) in the letter of explanation...

We did the same thing, our Visa Office sent us the request for FBI clearance on May 3 and wanted to have the results uploaded by July 2nd- obviously not enough time. I just emailed the VO to notify them, and they simply said to email them attachments as soon as the results are received.

I hope they are nice with me too... I was too anxious and couldn't wait 1 more month until the deadline knowing that it will not arrive on time ^^;

Summary request delivered: April 20th
Credit card charged: June 30th

Mine was delivered April 21st. When I called them this past Tuesday (June 11th) they told me that it was mailed out to me on June 10th Monday. I still haven't received it. Hopefully will get it on July 17th monday. Fingers crossed.

Based on the dates above, if you don't request it before getting ITA, it's almost impossible to receive the PCC before the 90 days deadline...
