Hi, I have received Email with FBI clearance. I assume the Hard copy will arrive in a week or so. Should i print the one sent in email and send it to IRCC or wait until original one is received in Mail? Thanks

You can print the electronic version and send it in. The hard copy can be retained for your records.

I submitted my fingerprints back in April, they received it on April 16th, and still haven't gotten anything back.
Do you recommend filing the eDO or waiting it out? I don't know what's taking so long? Any suggestions?

Why bother waiting? Just use the eDO adoption and get it. You need to have your package tracking info though. Without tracking info, probably it is faster to get eDO response if you send in new fingerprint cards (and have a tracking number)

Don't wait.. file an Edo. You will get a response in a week.

Are you applying through Express entry or paper based?

Inland spousal sponsorship. Paper application. I am not aware of any other way.
