Submitted new application for a TRV on October 17th. Will wait and see if this gets picked up faster. No hopes on the old application (from Sept 2020) moving any further.

we got a “We're still working on your application” message for In-law’s TRV Application (applied in September 2020, raised a Covid specific web form in august 2021 for family reunification), got the email yesterday. No changes on application on ircc page Is this also a ghost update?

Congrats @ucantseeme ! for the purpose: Re-unite with family, where do you mention that? Is it in the form imm5257e where you select purpose of visit as Other and mention this? Or do you select Family visit as the reason and mention the purpose in the letter you submit?

I’m in the same boat. applied TRV from MIL in first week of September. Got biometrics request within a few days. VACs are not open in India. So no idea when biometrics will be complete. Applied to Bangalore consulate.

We got our PR cards today (63 calendar days after landing, on Nov 2nd) without any resubmission of photos or any other delay.

I don’t know what should be done. I didn’t mention on the loe, since I felt it’s up to the process to decide whether to ask more questions are not. It’s up to you.
