When you say 'application made', is that post ITA or pre ITA? (I'm assuming it is post ITA). Either way I'm curious to know the processing time too.

Thats good to know. what do you mean by "sent application with tracking"? Do they ask for the tracking number when you resubmit using eDO?

Do you know if this is available only for US Citizens and Permanent Residents? Or is this available for anyone present in the US?
