The generic application form asks for previous countries of residence in the past 5 years, and your status in those countries.

Past 10 years instead?!

Hi, we also applied through an agent in Delhi and received the FBI PCC letter in 10 days. The agency will also send a hard copy of the document. I was not aware about these rules, now are we in trouble? do we apply once again or are we good to go?

None of us can tell you that. The rules are very clear, and it is a well known thing that CIC will reject your application if there is any issue with your PCC. You have to make the decision of if the risk is worth it for yourself.

Apply For FBI certificate directly with FBI. The one from channelers wont get accepted by CIC other than for US Citizen and Green card holder.

This is how the letter looks from the agency which provided expedited FBI PCC service? I do not see any difference from a regular letter. Any inputs?

from what people who have used channellers have been saying if you scan the document it will be watermarked with "copy" text all over(look closely at the document you attached). So cic will know from your history that you do not hold a GC or an american citizen and that makes your PCC a wrong document and that can be a cause for rejection. Generally they will not ask for the correct document and straight away reject the application

We applied for FBI Police certificate about 3 months back and still havent heard back. How much time does it take?

Guys i am in the same boat. I see that someone here used an agency in Delhi who inturn used channeller despite not being usa citizen or gc holder. Can you please reply urgently what happened and if it worked. I have been waiting thinking will use these agents .
