do you mind telling me who is your VO???

I assume it is JD001379. Is it same for you Nicole.

As others mentioned, you should be ok since the eligibility status is " Recommend Pass". If it was "Review Required" you had something to worry but not now.. so cheer up girl !

I don't actually see that you provided us the dates that you worked, and the date you applied - are you saying that between the time you returned to Canada and the time you got your PGWP, you were working, and expecting that experience to count towards your requirement?
no no !!!!
here is my detail:
Finish all the classes by Dec 30th 2010 -- Went back to my country until March 2011 --> applied my 1st post graduate wp in March 2011 --> got rejected in April 2011 --> Reapplied in June 2011 --> got it in Aug 2011
and my working experience as below:
Start working in March 2011 under off campus work permit --> Aug 2011 under post graduate work permit --> applied my PR in 2012 Aug....i am not expected the experience under OCWP can count into my one year experience.....but i am afraid it would bring the negative influence into my case

since the notes says that she passed eligibility, I don't think this is the issue. They only mentioned that she didn't returned her ocwp when she supposed to.

but u never worked illegally. The issue here is that u didn't return ur ocwp when u diverted to part time study. and since u passed the eligibility, the eligibility is no longer the issue as they have pointed out something else other than that so I still suggest u talk to a lawyer.

She did not go part time. She only needed three courses in her last semester to finish her program which according to CIC is considered full time studies. According to CIC,

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/institutions/guide-dir.asp#part1_8

"Note: Final session (term, semester, etc.): If students meet all the eligibility requirements, with the exception of full-time status, but are in their last session, they will still be considered to be eligible for the program. For example, at an institution, students are required to be enrolled in at least four classes to be considered to have full-time status. A student in the last session of the program of study needs to take only two additional classes to receive a Canadian credential from that institution. That student will still be eligible for the work permit under the OCWP. They will, however, still be restricted to working a maximum of 20 hours per week during this period."

If it says "Recommended pass" on your notes that means you passed your eligibilty. I think the only reason they are not issuing you MR because your file must be "in process" for criminality. By the way, what does your criminality portion on GCMS says, PASSED or IN PROGRESS??

Whew! That's good. The only thing I've seen happen is that they will exclude work experience that was not authorized. Since you still qualify, I think you'll be fine.

LOL, color me confused, I thought you already had :)

There's "illegal" and then there's "administrative lapses." I think you clearly tried to comply, in such cases it is usually forgiven.

he seems to be super slow. I think most of us who have ordered GCMS and are waiting have found JD001379 as their VO. I wont be surprise if it is a department and not VO.
Since initially everything is assigned to RC6262 and all applications cannot be assigned to one VO.

Things became super slow after June 2012 applicants. July 2012 were the first ones to experience this delay and same has been passed to us. I am hoping things pick up pace again and we all get PR soon.

Please remember: PR is a privilege not a right, so we all should be happy to get this Privilege :)
