Still my fingers are crossed, I have sent them an email on 28/6/2011 and still no reply, I don't know what is going on with them, are they going to issue the visa before the medical expiry or I will have to redo the meds, my entire life is now frozen till i get a reply.
Hi bro!

I hope inshallah bro you will .Infact you have atleast 10-14 precious days still left.

In my view if they you have received an automated response for your reply but still waiting for the actual reply it shows that they are working on your file ,otherwise they would have not waited you for that long and simply replied in negative.Inshallah you will receive your PPR within the validity of your meds.

I understand your situation and condition but a little more patience.Keep the faith and you will be through InshaAllah.I am praying for your PPR.

All the best !

Hi, I applied under FSW1 and got first AOR in Feb 2010 from Sydney nova, now my case is in London office and status is RBVO from many months, do you think getting a job offer will speed things up?

Thank you guys for all your kind support,
Actually, my file is managed by an external consultancy company in UAE, I am calling the consultant mostly every day, he told me that he sent an email on 28/6/2011 and another email yesterday. and he finally advised me that I should expect a reply this week.
I don't know what is going on in this London office, although they delayed my case for a year with no valid reason after i submit my medical, nevertheless they still delaying it much further with no single reply on the status.
I don't know, do they really need that much time to check a half page medical report for a 2 months kid, it is really frustrating.
Anyhow thanks for all the solidarity here for this thread
Thanks

Hi bro!

I can really feel the stress and anxiety faced by you but have faith .I am very sure that you will receive your PPR within this week.Actually in your case no news is good news , atleast till now, as if they dont want to issue you a visa they simply would have replied you in negative as they do so with many applicants. No reply atleast till 15th of July means that there is some hope and they are working on your file.Actually all the meds are forwarded to Ottawa for CIC centralized med board/panel for approval which could take some days, after their approval local CHC can take some action.

BTW when did your child's med reach London?

it reached London 29/6/2011, I think to call them myself or send them an urgent email through the web form, my consultant told me that I can do so but I don’t know if this is healthy to my file, also if I will do so, they require an email address on the web form, I don’t know I enter mine or the consultant email.
what do you think newcomer, is it better if I contact them directly, because I am afraid they did not receive any email from my consultant as he assured me that he usually does not receive any automatic replies ”maybe he is sending to another embassy in the world” .
Also, is it better to contact them by email or phone or web form
Please provide me with their direct email if you have and your advice as well
thanks

Hi brother,

Well if it reached London only on 29th June then I think you should allow them atleast 15 days to process your file.

In my view you should immediately contact them through their below mentioned email address, there is no harm in it.Many people do this and get the response without any adverse effect on their files. But do not forget to mention all your case details such as your File #, Name of Principal applicant,Date of application, date of Birth,Nationality etc. Moreover write the word"Urgent and Important" alongwith your File # in the subject of the email , as in that case your email will be quickly forwarded to the concerned visa officer. It is strongly recommended to email them instead of using a webform as in that case there is an immediate automatic conformation of receipt .

You can also contact them through phone as well but its difficult to get anyone concerned on line but no harm in trying for it.Another option is to send a Fax .In my opinion you send them both an email and a Fax to get a speedy reply. Also read posts of Laststeps (especially in the month of June) and amer1981 at the same forum regarding contacting CIC although both of them were using a consultant. Moreover its advisable to write CHC to send you your PPR ONLY THROUGH EMAIL,as it has been seen in some cases who were using consultant that CIC send their PPRs through regular mail (in case of Laststeps and shankariyer) which alse delays it for 10-15 days or so.

Wish you all the best!

Thank you so much brother,
Actually, before reading your email, I had already sent them an email through the web form. shall I send them another email today to the email address you have kindly mentioned.?!
I have also tried contacting them by phone with no luck to even contacting the operator.
My consultant told me that he already sent a fax to CHC London last week.
Still Waiting…………………………………………………………………………..
Thanks

You are welcome brother.

Well if you receive an automated response from them within 24 hours(this is the normal time for webform to receive an automated reply)then it means that your enquiry has been delivered so need of contacting them through email.

But if you dont receive an automated response in 24 hours of sending the webform enquiry, send them an email without any delay.I hope you will receive a reply soon from them .

Good Luck!

Hi seniors
I have a very urgent question

I and my family have done our medicals last year in Egypt and now I am in Saudi Arabia, Alhamdullah, I got a new baby and CHC London sent me the Medicals of the new baby and I have done the medicals already for my baby in Saudi Arabia

Now My question is, is there any problem since my baby has done the medical with a deferent DMP and in a different country?
There should be no problem if the medicals are done through DMP list of Canada immigration.
