1. Knowledge - Not Started - Due September 2021

3. Language - Not Started - Due September 2021
4. Prohibition - Not Started - Due September 2021
4.1 Eligibility Prohibition 1 - Completed (Not sure what is the difference than above)
5. Oath - Not Started
6. Criminality - PASSED

General Notes: All Telephone Calls, WEB form requests everything was recorded. For Call Center - Noted as Tier 2 Status Enquiry - I am not sure what does it mean

Tier 2 Status Enquiry
Means your status was not updated as per the requirement, to say it more simple way........ Status was not updated as required and needs a specialist team to update the status that's Tier-2
There will be levels of escalations depends on the Urgency and case type
Tier- 1 The Person you are going to speak over the Phone- Front line agents- All cases General
Tier-2 Escalation team - Specialist team - Medium- Priority
Tier-3 Escalation team- Urgent -Priority
Tier-4 Escalation team- Critical- Priority
Tier-5 & Tier 6 usually handles serious issues , Critical and SLA breached requests.
