I have received an ITA and i would want to if i have to submit the work reference letter of my spouse who is a dependent.

No, your spouse work experice only give you points if he or she has Canadian work experience. By your score table, I assume it's not your case. However, do not forget to mention your spouse work experience on personal info section.

I newly created EE profile, I don't see personal info section,does this tab show up post ITA ?
