Hey, the medical report was submitted in August 30, 2022. After a week, we got it passed in the portal (no email notification). But my medical request was in August 12, 2022, so it was in the 30 days frame range.

Not sure what happened, I did upfront, but never got it passed before. After talking to the same doctor and as my upfront medical are still valid, we conclude that it was ok to just upload the same documents again. And I got it now!

Here is my timeline, also updated in my signature: OINP- Outland, noc 2173. COR- Chile AOR - March 23, 2022 BIL- May 19, 2022 No MEP Biometrics submitted- Jun 8, 2022 2nd GU - July 12, 2022 RE-Medical request- August 12, 2022 MEP- September 6, 2022

If you received an ITA BEFORE your EE expires, you do not need to create a new one. Probably, with that score, you will received an ITA on next draw.

Considering the processing times, maybe waiting for IRCC medical request is a good idea. Other person here also did not do upfront medicals. If I am not wrong, it was @dreamCan998877 ...
