HI,

I am not sure whether you already applied visa for your mom or not. Hope you applied.
But still answering for your questions.

You can email the signed and scanned letter of invitation. so, she can takes the colour print out of invitation and your email as well (it will work as proof that you send it). (you have to sign with Blue colour)
you have to mention the same email id (which you sent the letter to your MOM) in your letter of invitation.

You don't need to show the money, instead you can provide a letter to your MOM, addressing Immigration Officer canada, that you can take care of all the expenditure for accommodation and food (like this During her stay in Canada, she will live with me and my family in our home, which we have possession of and where we live. I vow to provide lodging, board and to pay for all expenses incurred during her visit to Canada and I vow to be legally responsible for them.) This letter is called Letter from the Person providing money.

she has to include the two way ticket along with the application, letter of invitation, letter from the person providing money and passport.
But for safe side, include your bank statement showing around $5000 CAD.
your employment letter.

Best of Luck.
