Urgent help required- Tourist visa to Canada.

Hello All Members,

I am new to this forum and seeking your kind support on below issues regarding tourist visa of Canada.

I am an Indian Resident and was working on work permit at Dubai and had returned back to my home country few months back. Now i want to apply for Canada Tourist visa and facing below apprehensions and seeking your valuable time to resolve.

> I can show up financial balance through bank statements but can't provide other documents such as pay-slip,ITR etc as am not working currently.

> I can show up hotel reservation and air-tickets(if required), Is it ok ?

> Is there any problem because of Dubai Visa stamp on my passport, Will it be reason of refusal.

> I don't know anybody there in canada but i can show my hotel bookings etc..Will it be okay ?

Canada assumes India as a high risk country. So its often very hard get visitor visa. While you don't have any job in your home country India its worthless to apply just spending time and money. Dubai travel doesn't matter or support your application for Canada. I had travel most part of the world including USA, UK, Australia and Schengen nations but denied Canada visa from Delhi office.

But its not the case if you apply immigrant visas. I suggest you to apply some skilled category or at least work visa, visitor visa for Canada is tougher than USA or other developed countries.

Hi nepal, were you able to provide with bank statements and COE when you applied? And is ITR really necessary? Did they give you reasons why they refused your application? I'm planning to apply for a TRV too as what you've said and others in the forum that canada is very strict when it comes to immigration..

ITR and proof on income plays an important role. In your case it seems that you are not genuine visitor (No offence). So I would prefer, If you do not apply at this time. Once you find some job in India and have at least 3 pay slips, you will be in a good position to apply.
