Urgent help need for Canada Visitor Visa

Here sofia from pakistan and urgently need help about canada visitor visa for my closed friend (nick name: maria) and posting here all her basic details so any experienced senior forum members can guide if she have good chance of getting approval of canada visit visa and how apply? like online or paper based?

her family already talked with few local visa consultants in pakistan and they told that if she know someone in canada (either relative or friend) whose citizen of canada and can sponsor her and provide his documents like passport bank statment , invitation letter and property proof etc and strong home ties in home country pakistan and then her visa chances will surly impoved to high enough like 80% even without any travel history so please see all details below and guide if really possible she get high enough chance of visa approval (70-80%) with canada sponsor

Gender: Female

Age: 24 years old

Marital Status: Single

Education: 12 years of Education

Occupation: Unemployed

Fainicial Support by: Siblings/ Parents (she got most of funds in her own saving certificates and bank accounts as gift from her so closed Siblings whom with she reside in same family house from 20+ years)
Savings: Fix diposite in Govt National Saving Regular income certificates 4 Millions PKR

Bank account: 2 accounts (Current+ Saving account) can arrange around 8 - 9 lac PKR in both accounts, regular transactions already from 6 months

Monthly Income: 20 Thousands PKR+ fix monthly income NET amount from National Savings Certificates (Gross amount: 22,000 PKR+)

Travel History: None

English Skills: Very Good

Residence: own 25 years old family house in pakistan

Purpuse of visit: Meet canadain friend (meet online from months and talked on skype and video calls)

Time visit apply: 4 weeks in canada

Additional Details:

she got some of her savings amount in National savings as GIFT from her parents while they was alive and then most of funds got from Siblings in form of Cash diposites in her bank accounts and submitted Cash in National Saving center to purchase Regular income certiticates so how she need proof to visa officer that how she got all money while she still unemployed? so must required show source income proof OR Gift Deed on govt stamp paper that funds she got as GIFT from real Siblings whose reside in same family house from 25 years (Her siblings can proofed via Nadra FRC document)

She have home ties as below

1. Have so closed Family members (siblings) here in pakistan permenently reside

2. Her 4 millions PKR worth of National Saving Certificates will remain here in pakistan (Even she ready give written confirmation on govt stamp paper that she never cash out these funds until cerificates expiry in next 5 years as will continue getting fix monthly profit 20 thousands PKR+ till 5 years)

3. 25 years old family house here (house still on mother name and she expired years ago)

4. Her Bank accounts remain here in pakistan with around 1 Millions PKR balances (All travel expenses can additionally covered by her sibling bank account instead of her own bank balance )


Moreover she ready give written confirmation on govt stamp paper that never ever will ask any public funds in canada also can give 1 million or more amount of her national saving certificates to embassy as surty for time until she back to pakistan for make sure she must will be return back to pakistan within time after complete visit

1. Hand Written Notrized detailed Invitation letter from canada sponsor (as per guidance on https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/letter-invitation.html

2. 6 months Bank statment of canada sponsor with closing balance 10 thousands CAD+ cash

3. Property leased proof

4. Canada sponsor Birth Certificate + Passport color scanned

5. Bank letter (bank account confirmation certificate)

6. Canada sponsor employment confirmation letter

Her Documents pakistan

1. Passport

2. National ID Card

3. Family Registration Certificate (Nadra FRC)

4. Scanned copy of all National Saving Ceriticates+ Letter of statment from Govt National Savings Center

5. old family house Leased paper proof

6. Sibling (brother) Affidavit of Support ? (its still required while she already have all money in her own saving certiticates and own bank accounts? )

7. Notirazed Gift Deed proof from sibling/family member that as unemployed she Fainicial Supported by siblings and got most of money in her bank accounts and certificates from parents/ sibling as gift

8. College letter ? (visa consultant was told that submit college letter with visa application so its required while she was attent last time college many years ago? and any one provide format or wording of such college letter

Additional Documents (Letters and Supporting Affidavits)

1. Letter of Explanation (must Required?)
2. Detailed purpose of travel plan OR day-by-day itinerary
3. cover letter ? (must need this one?)
4. Sponsorship Declaration? (still required from canada sponsor while she support finicially herself?)

so in the light above all explainations any experienced senior forum members can guide that how much % of our chances to get visit visa approval of canada?

Her chances of approval are unfortunately low due to her age, single status, lack of employment and lack of travel history. A four week trip is also too long - it would be better to reduce to 2 weeks. Asking for a 1 month trip shows a lack of ties to her home country.

The first one (Canada sponsor) isn't actually a strong point. IRCC prefers that visitors be able to sponsor their own visits. It would not include very much information from the Canadian sponsor. This may make IRCC concerned she is in a relationship with this person and has plans on remaining in Canada long term. The second point does work in her favour. However I think she will have difficulty overcoming the over weaknesses (i.e. lack of employment, no travel history, etc.).

I would not include the college letter. I don't see the point or how this strengthens her application. Same for the affidavit of support from her sibling. I would leave that out.

well canadain friend are financially strong person aged 40+ and have his own 5 bed room house in canada and he is NOT some foriegn canadain residence but original english candain born person (nick named: Brain ) whose got canadain birth certificate

and there is NO any other relation like marriage or girl friend etc and he wrote invitation letter that he is online friend and willing to invite her friend to come canada so she can experience a completly different culture and way of life, also explore and enjoy all the beautiful nature that (name of province canada ) has to offer.

so my friend case is too Unique as she meet original english canadain person which NOT pakistani and different religon and have good english skills while mostly pakistani female apply visa for meet pakistani relatives with NO english skills etc

moreover he will act mostly as invitee whose provide accommudation and NOT provide financially sponsorship but still he ready provide all required documents for invitee / sponsorship
as my friend already financially sound so she NO must need do any employment OR No need financially support from canadain invitee

all airfair and travel expenses will be covered by herself without any financial support from canadain friend

@scylla is actually one of the most knowledgeable members. Agree chances are very low that via will be approved given unemployment, lack of travel history, vague reason for travel although I imagine this may be to meet you for potential future marriage, etc. Also visa officer will find it quite unusual for a single Pakistani woman to be allowed to meet an unfamiliar random caucasian Canadian who is 15 years older for a vacation. Especially her 1st vacation abroad. Assume she is meeting you instead.

One year ago I posted about canada visitor visa and my friend was applied and got refused , all details already mentioned as above

now more then 1 year passed and my friend circumtances changed as below

Gender: Female

Age: 25 years old

Marital Status: Single

Education: 12 years of Education

Occupation: Self_Employed (Busnisess Partner with 50% shares in sibling's small business firm about web designing and software solutions) her sibling started it in year 2017 and she joined as partner / Manager from AUG 2018 and now almost 1 year passed since she is self-employed
(have proof of busniess agreement on govt stamp paper/ National TAX Certificate/Busniess Card etc)

Travel History: yes already got Turkey tourist visa in Mar 2019 and she traveled to Turkey istanbul in May 2019

Bank accounts: she have 1 year old 2 saving bank accounts and total closing balance around 16 lac PAK Rupees (10,000 US Dollars)

also she have 4 millions pak rupees in fix Diposit in Govt National Savings Certificates (these 4 millions funds she have from years and in previous year while she was applied for Canada visitor visa, this money already showed and mention in canada visa application and after one year still these funds she own and getting fix monthly income Gross amount around 40 thousands PAK Rupees from it

previous time she was apply visa for meeting her friend but now she purely willing to apply as tourist and ready to show detailed day by day itienary plan and hotel bookings proofs etc

she already traveled in Turkey as a tourist and willing to visit canada also as tourist as she has employed since Aug 2018, have own enough money and she will come back to pakistan to re-join her busniess/work
moreover her 4 millions amount of fix deposits (for collect monthly profit as well for cashout these funds, must need physical appearance in Pakistan national saving center) , her family members (siblings), family house all remain here in pakistan

now she willing to apply for canada tourist visa so any chances that she can get canada tourist visa?

and how many days for can apply tourist visa like for 8 or 10 days etc?

for turkey was applied for 10 days tourist visa and got visa turkey and traveled
