Hello everyone!

I would like to ask about the personal history section, do i have to include all my travels abroad even if it was just for few days and only for a vacation? or can i just simply say i was unemployed for these years and was taking care of my kids?
Also the Immigration required me to submit again the updated IMM 5669, does this mean, they were not satisfied with the information I've given them?

You should provide the most relevant information if you find more than 1 way to describe your situation (history).
Asking to submit a form again does not mean that they weren’t satisfied with your answers, there could be more reasons like they need latest information about you.

I do not know what the request to update was about - you'd be the best judge of that.

But in general:
-Personal history form: as you can clearly see, this form only provides space to provide info about activity in MONTHS. So clearly - it is not the place to provide information about short trips.

-If you have to provide a travel history (depends on country of PA usually), that is the place for ... the travel history. (See what they did there?) Fill that out carefully.

-If there's a need (from your end) to provide additional info about travel history - like time together, or for whatever other reason - add a letter of explanation.

Did they ask you for a newer version of it or just to add more to the original one you submitted. Someone was mentioning the other day that there was an update to that one but I can't find it and the website still links me to the 11-2018 one.

Thanks - just want to make sure I am sending in the right one most updated one.

I just read it in some discussions, wherein they mentioned that they had to include their travels even if it was just a short trip.
with regards to the request for update, does it necessary to declare my new address, i moved just recently to my parents house or can i just not declare it?coz i am thinking if ill add a new address they might require me to change my mailing address and might take longer for my application.

If it's an update, you should bring everything up to date. Apart from that, can't comment.

I also tried looking to the 06-2019 version but it will just go to the 11-2018 version. i am also confused. I hope someone could answer.

HI this one looks actually "older" and not as modern as the 2018 version that the website links?

Now I am not sure which one to send was this one actually included to use or did you find it on your own?

Just a bit worried maybe this one is not t he one we should be using since it's not linked to by the website?

I am wondering if I can call in to somewhere and find out for 100% certainty ?

This sorta stuff is frustrating....
