I called them to update the info and the agent told me u can visit enrollment or interview centre's in Usa and ask them to update your info

When you contact the number here https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/prog/nexus/menu-eng.html you'll likely leave a voicemail. An individual officer will call you back and give you their personal e-mail address to send the documents to. They'll also be able to provide info on the fax number for the US side.
Well, I tried, but it did not work out. I actually got an officer who answered and said I would need to go to an enrollment center. He said either go to one in the US or wait until the ones in Canada open. Perhaps they have gotten too many people asking them to update remotely and have put an end to it.

I will try again tomorrow and hope for a voicemail :)

From the way it was explained to me, US CBP cannot update the CBSA side. So, if you visit the US side and update it, I'd use it with caution. It can be revoked if either side isn't updated.

Yes, once you update in the US side you’ll need to update the Canadian side. I will say that the US officer said she would ask the Canadian office once the Canadian officer got back to her desk. That didn’t happen. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me.

So finally, all details in my profile are clean. It happened exactly after 2 weeks like explained by the CBP officer. Hopefully that also means its updated in the Canadian side.

Does anyone know if CBSA officers will be available at the enrolment centres on Canada Day?

I applied for Nexus as a PR and got conditional approval recently after becoming Canadian. I have an appointment for the Nexus interview on July 1 and I will need CBP and CBSA to update my citizenship status.

Which section do you look at to check if information is updated? Will they completely remove the old citizenship / PR card details etc.?

Had my interview today. Got a phone call while I was driving from Toronto to Detroit saying I could come in at any time and didn't have to wait for my specific appointment time.

There were no CBSA officers working in the Enrolment Centre today because of the Canada Day holiday.

My TTP dashboard now reflects that I'm a Canadian citizen, but my Netherlands passport is still listed as the document proving citizenship and allowing entry to the US. Hopefully this updates or I'll have to do a walk-in in Niagara.

Fingers crossed the card comes soon, and shows my citizenship as Canadian.

Thanks. The fax number here doesn't work, there's no answer. I called the office and the officer said either visit in person or mail in the documents. No faxes.
Anyone have another fax number that has worked?

Which office?

"View membership information".

Mine now states - 1 document to prove canadian citizen and nothing under permanent residency even though the line states "You have entered 1 document to prove permanent residency".
