The Minimum Percentage for Masters is 70% or so on.. so please kindly take note of it before applying.. thnx

And as i said earlier applying for Masters is not as UG.. u need to find a supervisor, professor or dean... send in you personnel statement of intent stating why u want to study etc... if he like it then he will select u.. Next u need to apply online..

Hope this helps

Please don't convert their 3.0 gpa into %age on your own. Requirements are different for different countries. The way to convert gpa/cgpa into Indian %age is also different. For India minimum requirement is first class.

Every year applicants increase for program, so their increase the minimum bar in %age to select students.

BTW did you have less than 6.5 in any module??

Fun fact:

http://www.usask.ca/cgsr/admission/countries.php Check this.

That's why I said in Canada especially in every province their grading system is different from ours. So you cant simply convert GPA into % yourself. They have set different requirement for different countries.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grade_%28education%29#Canada

If still have any doubts feel free to contact me. ;)

I would really like to see link where it states 70% for Indian students.

well Mr.Oversmart
Don't you read carefully??? :o These are requirement for Canadian students. See on right side for International students. LOL 3rd Link.

Also in Link you mentioned check. Its 70% acc to (U of S grade system equivalent) These are for Canadian. So they convert % into GPA by their own standards

3. A cumulative weighted average of at least 70% (U of S grade system equivalent) in the last two years of study (i.e. 60 credit units).
