understanding GCMS notes

Dear experts,

I raised the below concern in another thread but still not satisfy with the answer. Therefore again, I raise it here to seek for your advice:

- Stream: EE PNP
- Visa office: SGVO
- AOR: 1st December 2015
- Medical: passed (medical recheck completed and passed in November 2016)
- Eligibility: in progress (since beginning)
- BG: changed from not needed to in progress (I found this change on 16th December 2016 by log in my Express entry account, so not sure whether the date is correct, no alert email pop up, but for sure it was not needed since beginning until November 2016).
- Per last feedback from SGVO, they said my application is at final stage of review by an officer. Not sure whether it's true or just a standard reply from SGVO.

Per my GCMSnote on September 2016, my security check was not started. There's due date of 2nd December 2016, updated on April 2016. My concern is that per CIC website, they said the standard time frame to process one application is 6 months on average, but why for my case, since the beginning, they already decided to process more than 6 months. My understanding is that the due date of 2nd December2016 is the date they change their status of security check from not started to started, meant they only started the security check on this day.

Please advise. If possible, basing on your knowledge, by when I can have their final decision. I ordered GCMSnote but will only receive by end of this month. There's some important decision need to be made asap but still hanging due to this limbo situation.

Sorry to hear about your situation but if bg check is showing in progress then there is a big possibility that PPR is near or someone is working on your application...its not your fault...sgvo is just slow...

I have job duties and responsibilities on reference letter as well, just on page 2, seems case analyst missed it. Actually, I think s/he went through just letter of employment instead of employment records since there are no notes about T4, NOA and paystubs.
I assume it doesn't matter since s/he recommended pass. Your thoughts?

The noa paystubs t4 are docs to substantiate your employment..if its not mentioned...doesnt matter..

Everything is passed except security..all good when it comes your notes...

I have an urgent query regarding my GCMS.
I applied for my GCMS on 23 Nov 2016 through a friend, who has Canadian PR, and I have not received my notes till date. As AITP sends notes in 30 days I send them mail on 30 Dec 2016 and even not received answer which supposed to be come in 5 days. I again mail them on 7 jan 2017 about my notes and did not receive any reply. On 13 Jan 2017 I got a reply of my first reminder mail with following mail.
“Thank you for contacting the Access to Information and Privacy Office.
According to our records, your request is now completed. The response will be mailed to the mailing address provided.

1. What does this mail mean?
2. Will they send notes on mailing home addres of my friend, who is living in canada?
It has been Seven days since i got the above mail and my friend has not received any mail on his home address.
Interesting fact of this story :
One of my friend who is living in delhi has also send GCMS notes request from the reference of that canadian PR friend on 22 Nov 2016 just one day before me got his notes in one month on 23 dec 2016.
Please share your suggestions.

I have Hep B history and I was not asked to go for medical furtherance since September 10 when I submitted my EE application with my upfront medical to CIC.

My cic profile still says medical in progress.

Can anyone with same experience advise/share? did you profile later changed to pass? were you admitted into canada with that same TR only profile in your PR application? I know PR applications should not be assessed for TR only

How are you trying to order through $5, OR third party ? Whatever the case, it will ask for both PA and spouse signatures, if you both sign and send it across you get the notes for both.

About the form, do we fill just one and co-signed by spouse or 2 forms, in which case I would sign as a spouse in the other form?
