I think you still need to sign something, else anyone could get you info if they have your uci and ee number... i might be wrong :/

Not a good idea, since your GCMS notes indicate your country of residence on the very first page.

I think they have an easy way of checking that, based on your IP adress where you were at the time you made this request

you can access your e mail from anywhere, but when you are loging into the cic page and making the reqest, you leave a specific IP adress trail..

If your CRS is decreased then yes, file a CSE. Make sure that you didn't switch month and day in questionnaire.

What is your score after OINP nomination. If you have exactly 400 and received nomination and now with your birthday if you fall below 400 then I think you need to write a CSE, since OINP requirement is having 400+ CRS .

Thanks for the replies. I checked again and the birth dates are entered correctly. Plus, there's only 3 days between my ITA and e-APR!!

Even if we assume the age change, my score without PNP remains above 400. So should I raise a CSE or not bother?

While its wrong that ur GCMS notes have incorrect information, you still qualify for an exception under the following public policy :

"This temporary public policy will permit the exemption of candidates from application of section 11.2 of the IRPA only if the loss of eligibility or qualification has occurred due to aging of the applicant between the submission of an invitation by CIC and the receipt of the resulting application by CIC."

You should still write a CSE and explain the incorrect info. Why should 1 be considered under exception when they actually qualify??

They wont go till ip address, but i guess ur passport wil reveal deatils whether u r in canada or not.

Genuinely sorry to hear this. FOSS stands for 'Field Operations Support System' which is an integrated database to share information between CIC and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Just a question as your footer says that your case was re-opened on 16-09-2015. Is this the result from that re-opened case assessment?

Family composition/status change after e-app is not a ground for rejection.The Same way CIC would not reject an applicant who got married after e-app.
