If Ottawa feels like there is work load, they can decide to transfer your file to London, or Abu Dhabi.
When was your notes printed out?
I have seen cases where file transferred to Ottawa, was later transferred back to where the applicant will normally get processed.

I agree with @Gladossy. "recommended pass" is a good sign but the final determination will be made by the IRCC officer. As regards, "Unable determine level of Canadian education," no need to worry, just let the officer review it and order another set of notes, to see if things have changed, most likely it will be a positive outcome.Amu7809 said:Hi Guys,

If you are from India, consider applying for GCMS notes from https://www.getgcms.com and pay in INR, instead of getting a foreign transaction cost.
All the best!
Technically, yes; but most likely the agent agrees with the recommendation unless there is a big issue. Also your Canadian education should not make much of a difference since it does not require ECA. So I would not worry too much about it.Amu7809 said:Hi Buddy,
So, it means there is still a chance I may get rejected on eligibility part until another officer agrees.
Not sure how often they disagree with case analyst opinion. Do you have any idea buddy on this?
I just order another set of t GCMS today.
Thank you for help
