Phew!!
It's on associations, organizations etc page.

I can wait with less worry now!

how is it part of A11.2 checks? Since A11.2 is already done by case analyst.

Thank you.
Do you have your GCMS notes?

R10 is done when you see R10 OK
A11.2 is started by the case analyst where s/he'll recommend something (usually PASS) and then the officer at the LVO will review this decision and if he agrees you'll get whatever was recommended.

A11.2 is 99% done after you get a recommended pass from the case analyst as the officer will rarely disagree... But it's only 100% done once the officer finally agrees and passes your ELIGIBILITY - this very much depends on VO as some get working on the file as soon as they arrive on the LVO and others leave the file collecting dust for a few months before starting to work on it.

What does the presence of s.16(1)(c) mean? I know all the law enforcement blah blah.
But, what does it really really mean? What are they investigating?

I noticed applicants with s.16(1)(c) usually have long processing delays!
Mine is written on the page of organizations & entities.
I think the redacted part contains information about a contact/source/entity which was used for some information about the applicant (some sort of verification/investigation).

Hi guys

Speaking of A11.2, could you please tell me what you understand from my GCMS notes?

Makes sense, especially since I have some government letters uploaded, they would surely want to confirm them.
Thanks.

Thanks G126,
A11.2 appears met for me by case analyst.
file been collecting dust since transferred to LVO 4th feb.

I read it takes officer at LVO approximately an hour to go through an application, sometimes less.
I wonder why it still takes forever to get things done.

What's your LVO? Mine is very slow as well..

It doesn't make much sense to me why they'd just let the file collect dust like that... I prefer to think that some LVO's prefer to wait until security is done and only then go through the file, that seems more plasable to me, so perhaps that's what's happening to us... they're waiting on security to clear and after that they'll make the final review.

Yup... but remember that there is also the security check that happens in parallel and does not depend on the LVO.

The way I see it is like this, having a fast LVO is good because if your security clears quickly then you'll get a quick PPR - but no guarantees your security will clear quickly (and this might be your problem). Having a slow LVO is crap because even if your security clears quickly the LVO will only look at you file 3 months after it was transferred in the first place - on the other hand it's good because YOU know you'll have to wit a long time so you SHOULD get less anxious about PPR earlier in the process. I say should as its not really happening with me lol :p

Lol!
This process is nerve wracking!

I have gained 10pounds since I submitted my application! TMI sorry!

More frustrating when you see others with later AOR getting ppr from the same office! To add to this, logging on to mycic and quickly scrolling down to background check and see "Not Applicable"! Oh my! The Nerve!

Anyways!
Hopefully, I won't add too much weight that I cannot fit into an airplane seat by the time London remembers my App! Lol

Hi guys,
I am Mar 2016 AOR and I received my GCMS notes two weeks ago. At the beginning of the notes under Assessments section, the status is:

Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Final: Approved

Also, there is a section called "Finalize Application" in the middle of the notes which gives the visa (counterfoil) number with a validity till 16 Mar 2017.

Towards the end, the notes say:

Update On: 21 Oct 2016
"A11.2 Met, Eligibility Passed. Criminality decision passed. Review of background info: no apparent concerns. Application approved. Please request PPT"
Office: New Delhi
Text: please request PPT (Abu Dhabi instructions)

My questions are:
A) If the instruction was to request passport since Oct 2016, how come I haven't received the PPR email yet?
B) In the admissibility section, I see s.15(1) at the top right corner. Does this mean security is over?
C) What can I do to expedite the process of receiving PPR?
D) My medical expired 16 Mar 2017 and I haven't been contacted to re-do it. Is this normal?

Thanks in advance

Call your primary visa office / IRCC call center ASAP and inform about this. Tell them you haven't received your PPR. Ask them to re-send the PPR email.

Thank you for the quick reply. In the last one month, I have raised 3 CSE to which I received generic responses like "we have forwarded your concern to the relevant VO".
Since my visa office is NDVO, and they don't take calls, I have emailed them also 3 times to which I have never received any response.

You think if I call Ottawa and tell them my concerns, they will be able to help considering my application is processed outside Canada?

Check the correspondence section of your GCMS notes to find out if a PPR was sent.

Send an email to delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca and explain that your recent GCMS notes say that your file is ready for visa / approved since October 21, 2016 but you haven't received your PPR.

Try calling this no. 91 (11) 4178-2000, if someone responds (during working hours), ask for visa section and tell them it's an urgent matter.

Good luck!
