Undeclared Child sponsorship

Hello everyone.
Asking on behalf of a friend who forgot to add his Child in His EE application due to multiple reasons. A) he was not having enough funds and B) he wanted no delay in the application. Now as he has the PR is there any way he can smoothly add that undeclared child in the Application or sponsor that child.

No. He didn’t forget. He lied on his application to get PR because he didn’t have enough money. He had to declared his child and the child would have undergone medicals etc. He misrepresented himself so he can never sponsor his child. He can look at study permits but will pay international fees.

Lifetime ban to sponsor that child...which is beyond tragic (and selfish).

The only "solution" is for him to renounce his and his other family's PR status and reapply to immigrate again with his complete family. (including all children)

I highly doubt if the "friend" will do that.

Always surprising how people think that the forum will believe that they happen to forget they have a child that needs to be declared. People assume there will be a way to get around the omission in the future. Unfortunately the poor child must find a way to immigrate on their own when they are an adult. Will unlikely be able to come to Canada to work, study or visit due to their strong ties in Canada. This decision has enormous consequences.

We know you are the "friend". You are the reason policies change time and time again. You find ways to cheat the system and have the audacity to somehow play the victim when you can't have your cake and eat it too. You are selfish and undeserving of your PR. I hope they find out what you did and revoke your card.
