AND JUST FOR EVERYONE TO READ .. I WOULD SUGGEST U TO START A NEW THREAD AND MENTION UR LAWYER/IMMIGRATIONS CONSULTANTS NAME AND MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THEIR ACTIONS. SO IN FUTURE THE NEW APPLICANTS CAN TOTALLY BOYCOTT THESE LAWYERS ETC AND BRING THEIR BUSINESS DOWN

Using Yelp or a similar service would be better as that is pretty much their business.

Keep in mind also that this website is hosted and sponsored by an Immigration Lawyer. Not all consultants/lawyers are the same. Much like dealing with a realtor/accountant/or any professional, you should always rely on referrals from people you know and trust when deciding to give someone your business.

A good lawyer/consultant can help you make a strong application. A bad lawyer/consultant can give you poor advice that could lead to your rejection.

Yea ask for a refund or say u will report them to the govt cic etc as they are out to cheat people ..

Mates, sorry to hear about this rejection. I would suggest from my personal experience to reapply with all docs asap. I have been rejected once as well for not providing job duties from one employer but now my 2nd application is accepted and I am waiting for passport request (med is done).

Now: Lets make it too strong to be rejected with following bullet points.
Reference letter:
LetterHead
This letter is to state that *person* is a full time employee of *company* from *date* to *date* and works as *title*. His hourly pay is *$$* and works 40 hours/week. He has completed *no of hours* from the first day of his employment. Following are major job duties which *person* perform on daily basis.

Another thing i forgot to mention, if possible create your application on your own this time. The reason behind is rules for CIC changes every now and then but lawyers and consultants normally do not bother checking the updated news and try to follow the original process. While sending application yourself with every documented explanation will help your file with no challenging option.

These consultants are just bunch of freaking greedy loosers.. I feel like he doesnt even know any CEC rules thats why he said letter head is not important.
Please make other people in your area aware about this greedy consultant, so that other people wont get ripped off by him..

Hi, I am sorry about this.
I used to be like you, used to trust these consultants blindly and always thought that they were better than me, it turns out "NOT", they just want to mint money, it does not matter to them what the outcome for you is, as long as they get their money.
I am surprised that, even if your consultant was taking care of business, you did not do a little bit of homework yourself. Anyway, what is done is done, this message is not intended to make you feel worse than what you are feeling right now.
You can clearly see that the information provided on the supposed letter was never sufficient, plus it lost its credibility when there was no letter head and no business card.
Re-apply and this time do it yourself and i am sure it is all going to be fine.

I can share my personal experience. One consultant (her last name is Gill) from Bramalea has vanished with my fees (for my first application couple of years ago). The police case is still on, and there is an arrest warrant for her. So, be careful with these "consultants" since most of them do not have any legal degree to run this business.

please all guys liston .....we came here as student and work here very hard .we also want immigration .so please advise work on your file by self .discuss every documents with friends .family and here this site .its take one month .then apply .but still if u need consultant then first check that constants

sale supervisor .I done my work 2.7 years with Toronto based company .and made same format which one u mentioned here I hope all will go well.good luck for every one
