Ukraine tourist visa.

Hello! My mother has Canadian tourist visa and just visited me for the birth of her grandson in winter for the duration of 2 months. She left Canada at the end of January. Can she come back now? It’s war zone where she is and if I can get her out, can she come to me now? Will they let her in? Not applying for refugee when coming here.

What are the validity dates of her visa? If the visa is no longer valid, it's ... no longer valid.

Usually they are valid to a specific entry date, eg even if it's only valid to April 1, she can stay (usually the six months) from the date of arrival as long as she arrives before April 1.

It says from October 2021 to December 2026. V-1, multiple. Just worried if they will turn her away cuz of the war in Ukraine and because of coming back so early after leaving. I just can’t leave her there alone or in Europe…

Are you kidding me? they will NOT turn her away lol. My wife just received a tourist visa yesterday.

By the way for Ukrainians who wish to apply now TRV. The fee will be refunded. So basically FREE OF CHARGE and guaranteed approval. Unfortunate that Ukraine has to be turned to rubble for IRCC to grow a heart.

The visa is valid, period.

They have some procedures for those that do not yet have visas (details not finalized yet) and announcements about measures for Ukrainians to remain/work in Canada for the time being (details also not finalized). So if anything it may be easier for her to remain or work if needed but in the immediate, she can enter at any time.

She has a multiple entry visa so should have no problem entering given the situation in the Ukraine.
