I studied in the UK and completed my one year Masters there more than 7 years ago.

Please do I need to submit a PCC from UK when submitting application for PR?

Yes, you need to submit PCC for any stay for more than 6 months if it comes within the last 10 years or since your age is of 18 years.

As long as it was after you had turned 18, yes you do, since you have spent over six months in the UK within the last 10 years.

I did applied for UK PCC. It is pretty much straight forward process and you can find info on it in the links given by other users.
