One more question pls (sorry i have to ask again)....
i have stayed in morocco for a year (i was assigned to work there from uae ofc).
During that year, I fly between morocco to uae then morocco again, and only stayed in dubai for a wk or two (work related).

What do i write then? :(
The purpose of travel will be business
I suggest you to arrange for a PCC from Morocco. It may be required upfront (once you submit your application) if you have lived in Morocco 6 months continuously.
If you have not and incase IRCC asks for it you can furnish it without any delays

Out of ignorance I mentioned all my trips between uae and Pakistan. It was one hell of an effort to put them all together. Hope it won’t piss VO
Like you I also added all the trips between my home country and UAE. Someone told me much later after I had already submitted my application that it's not required. But it turned out OK for me in the end, so I assume it's a harmless mistake. :p Good luck!

It’s not even a mistake that shows our honesty
Agreed, I was also operating on a "more is better" mindset at the time. But thinking back on it now, I think scanning 3 entire passports (all pages included even the empty ones) was perhaps a bit overkill. :D

Hi, thanks, with regards to the affidavit, I drafted an affidavit using an online sample, printed it on a plain white paper, had the concerned person sign it. Then I took the signed document to a translation office/typing center where they legally translated it into Arabic along with the legal seal. I uploaded both the plain signed document in English and the legally translated document in Arabic in my LOE (Letter of Explanation) and applied. Hope this helps.
Hi AviusAnima, thanks for this helpful post. Currently I'm waiting for my Nomination from OINP, and My marriage certificate was in Arabic ( as I'm from Morocco) and I translated it into English from a legal translator here in Sharjah, without notarizing it. Do you think it's enough? as I'm really worried they will reject it?

Hi, with regards to the translation, I believe it should have a legal seal at the very least. If the translation service is not providing it. Kindly get the document translated at the Public Notary, their office is in Twar center near the Al Qusais metro station.

Regards,

hello experts (esp

Hello and congratulations!
can you help me with travel history? im so confused now..

I left the Philippines (country of origin) from 2010 to UAE (country of residence) and stayed here in dubai until now.

shall i write:
1st row: FEB 2010 To FEB 2011 in uae (took 15 days Phil. vacation FEB 2011)
2nd row: FEB 2011 To FEB 2012 in uae (traveled back again to the phils FEB 2012)
3rd row: JULY 2011 To JULY 2011 in egypt
4th row: JULY 2011 To FEB 2012 in uae??
5th row: FEB 2012 to FEB 2013 (Phils again)
6th: NOV 2012 to NOV 2012 in turkey
7th: NOV 2012 To FEB 2013 in uae?

OR,
Shall i click on "on going" in the first row? even though i made trips back in my country of origin for vacation?

note: while in UAE, I also made trips outside (egypt, turkey) like in JULY 2011, NOV 2012 etc.

I have ALL the stamps in my passport(s)
I will also write LOE to CIC and mention travels outside my country of residence (UAE)

Other experts can also answer /:)
Thank you!
Hi, sorry for the late reply. In my case I put all my travel as per my stamps on my passport. eg: 2nd Jan left Dubai, 2nd Jan entered India, 4th Jan left India, 4th Jan entered Dubai. I put personal reasons for most. Mine was more of a precaution, if more seniors members are stating to list only business travel and so forth then I would go with them

I received my PPR a few months back

Regards,

Hi, thanks for your reply. Actually the translated marriage certificate has a stamp on the top right corner , where it's mentioned the name of the translator, address, with a note: legal translator. Is it fine, or I need to go to dubai?

It should be fine, I translated my gift deed as the notary was unwilling. You can check with the notary office if you have time.

Hi,
You are from Morocco? how does your PCC look like? I already have my Morocco PCC but not really sure if it is the right one.
