Hi, it should suffice. For the translation I did it at a typing center, I had to ask around as not all typing centers will do it and the ministry will not notorize it.I tried to get an affidavit translated in Arabic from Sharjah for the gift deed letter to be notarized in Ajman. But they rejected that they do not notarize such documents. I have submitted my application with a bank certificate, 6 month account statement and 3 month credit card statement and self declaration letter from the person gifting me an amount for my funds. Would it suffice?

Wish I had came across this information earlier. As much information I was able to find on this matter, I realized it is not possible to get a gift deed notarized in UAE. I was even unsuccessful in getting a legally translated gift deed (made in Sharjah) to be notarized in Ajman court.Hi,
My two cents here!
This goes out to all Indians residing in Dubai....I confirmed with IVS Global attedtation services (located in oud metha) even they provide the service of gift deed. You can get away from the hassle of translating it in Arabic and so on...
thx syed..my bro is working in dubai but wants to apply for EE..as someone said TEF is not mandatory, which criteria they look for?A friend of mine is applying for PR with the help of these consultants. They are located in Sharjah Buheira corniche. I went there as well with my friend.

IELTS (GT)/CELPIP is mandatory. It's either English proficiency or French. TEF is for French. You can prove your proficiency in either language or both.thx Sam..IELTS should be done i guess?
