So the short answer is that visiting the US is not possible for you at this time and won't be possible for a number of years. You automatically received a 10 year ban from the US when you left. You will need to wait 10 years (from the date you left the US) before you will be able to apply for a visitor visa to the US. So you have another five years to wait before you can apply. Note that this will still apply even once you have Canadian citizenship. You won't need a visa to enter the US. However you cannot enter as a visitor until the 10 years passes. Do not try entering early.
