Two Medical Requests?

Very strange. I got a medical request and went to the doctor with my IMM form. It takes them 10 days to submit it electronically and during that time I got a second IMM request under a different IMM number. I am the only one applying and this is only for me, so I am confused. I checked and the doctor said it was sent successfully, but it's not showing up on CIC. So confused.
