TRV - Visitor visa Passport Stamping Timeline India 2025

I applied for TRV on 31st March from, Biometrics was not needed as I have applied for PR as well. Eligibility got updated to completed on 3rd April. Any idea by when I can hear something on this? as the timeline for TRV now from India is 18 days.

well,It varies from person to person depends up on how less complicated your application is..
In my case as I am ex Air force Personnel,the back ground check took about three months and altogether it was six and half a month but at the same time my cousin who applied along with me got within a month period...so if you are not a military/police veteran ,then you may get within a month,,,all the best

Hello, I have applied for the TRV visa to work without a permit. My visa got approved.. I submitted my passport today (16th April) at VAC Chandigarh and got a message stating that my passport is in transit and has been dispatched to the IRCC Office through the Canada Visa Application Centre, Chandigarh Office, on Wednesday, Apr 16, 2025, for processing. I am going for an internship in May and must start by the second week of May. In my application, I mentioned my departure date as 8th May. I still haven't bought flight tickets yet. According to the recent timeline, could anyone suggest which date would be safer for me to buy the flight ticket?

I received an update from IRCC that Final Decision is updated, can someone confirm if that means passport is stamped?

Yes most probably they have stamped the visa.
