TRV Refused in 10 days , what's wrong?

Hello Everyone

My husband and I applied and submitted an application on May 2nd and our visa refused yesterday May 15th . We wanted to participate in my sister's wedding ceremony (his sister in law's wedding). My sister and her fiance sent an invitation letter with a weeding invitation card .Since we got refused because of ties and purpose of visit last january( applied my daughter , husband and me with same documents) , this time we applied for my husband and me and our 15 years old daughter will stay in Iran .

We submitted:

Documents from my Sister :
1. Invitation letter (Notarized and has written about my last visit and told thank you for giving me visa 2years ago)
3.Wedding Invitation Card (shows Name ,date and place )
2. Canadian Passport coppies
3. T4 and notice assessment for last 2 years
4.canada Citizenship card



My husband's job : Employer / Owner of construction company
My job : Housewife

How long you plan to stay : One Month
Purpose of Visit: Participate in my sister's wedding ceremony
Fund to stay : 10000 CAD for each person

My documents:

1.Bank statements ( my statement shows Credit :35000 CAD and Debit : 9000 CAD debit for 91 Days) ( my husband's statement shows Credit: 498K CAD and Debit : 510K CAD )
2.Property papers ( 3 house for him and one land for me)
3.Purpose of travel letter (have written we want to participate in wedding ceremony , see BC and visit my families . We notice that our 15 years old daughter will stay in our country ,Iran and we have a good position and job)
4.Itinerary, Travel ( A confirmed Filght ticket for one month)
5.Marriage License Certificate
6.All forms
7.Other docs ( Exploitaion permit ,Insurance premium slip )
8.Travel history ( USA ,Canada , UAE , India , Turkey

Note: From my side ,all my sisters , parents and son live in canada. I got visa 2years ago and went to canada for 3 month (and visa refused janurary 2014 and 2008) . From my husband's side : his all brothers and mother live in our country except his sister who lives in usa.


Now their Response :


You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident.In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
* Your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
* Purpose of visit
*BANKING INFORMATION SHOWS VERY RECENT SIGNIFICANT DEPOSIT AMOUNTS


I was wondering how officer reached those factors since My daughter will stay in Iran or for purpose of visit what reason is important than my sister's wedding?
How officer knows that I had VERY RECENT SIGNIFICANT DEPOSIT AMOUNTS while I have that amount since last year ?!

I think , officer hasn't bothered himself to read all my documents and forms :-[ . He just refused my visa because of my last refused visas after 10 days!!

What do you thinks? what to prove for first 2 reasons?

Have you think of going to Canada alone (like 2 years ago) and leaving behind your husband and 15 y.o. daughter in Iran? Probably the chances would be better than going together.

Really It is very hard to spend over 3000$ money again(visa fee , buying tickets and going to turkey for biometrics) for just 30 % chance of visa. It looks like that Officer didn't look at documents . In 2008-9 I applied alone and they refused with same reasons! how they don't know that a mother can not stay without her daughter?!

10000 CAD for each person

First af all it is TOO much money for a short period of visit. VO thinks you have so much because you will stay much longer.

Second, you should pay attention to the reasons they mentioned.
*BANKING INFORMATION SHOWS VERY RECENT SIGNIFICANT DEPOSIT AMOUNTS- you sould show them bank statement. Usually , they ask for 4 months but I would provide them for a year , just to show money turnover :come and go, so balance left, transfered to saving account.

And try again. because I do not see anything wrong with your ties and especially " a purpose of visit"!
Sometimes to get visa your file just needs to get to another VO officer.

So, write a new letter to VO focusing on each of their "reasons" and ally once more.

You don't have to buy tickets before applying for visa. You got the visa 2 years ago. How do you know a mother can stay without her daughter?

6000CAD is ok? Because last time I wrote 6000 CAD!

I did , I get A bank statement that showing credit balance and turneover of credit and debit ! I dont know how they guess that I had DEPOSIT AMOUNTS recently? you say that I should sho them a bank statement for one year and 90 days is not enough?!

Really I dont know why VO refused me 2 times with same reasons ?! I put Other - Participate in Wediing Ceremony for Purpose of visit!
We should go to turkey for giving biometric for every time that we apply for Visa so It is very hard to Reapplying!
However Im not sure what VO are looking for and why he/she writes those reasons?If I could knew what they need to make sure that My purpose of visit and home ties are strong , It would be better! They refused my TRV 4 times with same reasons since 2008!

I already Wrote a purpose of visit /cover letter and explained that my daughter will stay in Iran , We have a good position , we want to see BC and participate in wedding and we will be responsible for our accommodation and other expenses ! how to write better than this !

I'm so frustrated , i get refused visa one after other.

My son and parents live in canada , we want to see them beside participate in wedding.

You don't have to buy tickets before applying for visa. You got the visa 2 years ago. How do you know a mother can stay without her daughter?

I mean flight ticket for Turkey because I should give my biometrics! Maybe some mothers can do .

Now she is Citizen of canada , they sent an invitation to her fiance's aunt and cousin (15 years old) same as ours , they both get a multiple visa!!!


I dont know how other people get a visa ?!! I show properties , money and all we have .Is it beneficial to request GCMS Notes ? which one should i choose Access to information act and ( Notes in electronic files or pysical one) ?

Write another letter, explaining your frustration (very polite ), and ask what could be better than your situation for travelling to Canada FOR WEDDING? Address each of their concern with your arguments.

I think even they don't read the letter! for example what arguments should I write for Ties and Purpose ?

How about GCMS Notes ? would GCMS Notes give me more detail and can I see all factors that led an officer to the negative decision?, I dont have file number should I leave it blank in forms ?


I would apply alone , I can not miss a wedding!!
