Cz I don't want to waste money on an air ticket right now ,I don't even know if they r Gina accept my application.

What do I do?

Also attaching her job letter

2.letter of sponsor from her father with his job letter bank statement, property evalution paper, saving account
balance (before i was sponsor and i submitted my bank statement + t4 + jobletter)

3.invitation letter by me (but i dnt know how to explain her home ties and bindings at job ? )
reached on the last para but dnt knw how to write this part...

4.she wrote a cover letter before but now we decided not to right a cover letter but make invitation letter complete one

5.before it was paper app now applying online

Now please can someone guide me wat else should i do???
And most important question

Should i write that i have applied before and it was rejected
Or how can i cover the rejection reasons or should i ignore it all

Waiting for your replies
Specially of those people who were rejecte for the first time
And accepted for the second time
Thanks
Goodluck to all

@ch.immigration

TRV for spouse is really hard specially if you can not prove ties: good job, properties and past travel history.

When immigration sees it, they will wonder why have not sponsored your spouse yet after the last TRV try. It would make immigration doubt about your spousal ties now.

My advise, sponsor your spouse.

anyone here experienced receiving a message from CIC lately:

"Your application has been updated. Please sign in to your MyCIC account and check your application status and messages for more information."

This is the second same message I received since I lodged my TRV application online last April 3rd and receiving the confirmation on April 4th..then after that received the messages above and when I checked my CIC no new messages...

this is my timeline so far:

April 3 - submitted TRV application
April 4 - received confirmation from CIC
April 4 - received a message that my application has been updated
April 16 - received a second message that my application has been updated

Note: My current location is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with average processing time of 17 days according to CIC website.

Hi kewl, I have the exact same timeline and situation as you:

April 3 - submitted TRV application online
April 4 - received confirmation message from CIC
April 5 - received email that application has been updated
April 16 - received 2nd email that application has been updated

But no messages or status updates in my CIC account, it still says "Open".

Found one or two people who said they also received "updates" without any changes in their account, though the PP request eventually came later (sometimes much later). I'm a Thai citizen studying in New York though, which is where I'm applying from. Processing time at the New York office is supposedly 38 days (omg).

Let me know when you actually get some real updates! All the best

have you heard anything from your application? mine still waiting....day 17

No, I have not :( Really hoping to hear back within 2 weeks because I have to travel on May 17.

If you don't hear back from them in a few days, perhaps you can try contacting your visa office since it will be over the 17 days average processing time for Riyadh as stated on the website.

update:

April 3 - submitted TRV application
April 4 - received confirmation from CIC
April 4 - received a message that my application has been updated
April 16 - received a second message that my application has been updated
April 28 - received a message that my application has been updated then a second notification 10 minutes later "You have a new message(s) in your MyCIC account". The message contains passport request

Overall, the decision came 17 business days which is the exact processing timeline as per Riyadh visa office. They dont use calendar days.

Dear Friend
i want to apply canada tourist visa i m from saudia arabia in abha nationality pakistan i have us,uk and shengen visa
kindly help

Applied online for visitor visa on April 8, 2014.
Got email confirmation the same night.
No other updates as of today. In-laws are planning to come to Canada at the beginning of June Shocked
Anyone knows how to check the processing times correctly? On CIC website it says:
New temporary resident visa
(For valid Study or Work Permit holders ONLY)
Online application:
Processing time: 20 days
Working on applications received: April 8, 2014

Im confused by (For valid Study or Work Permit holders ONLY) wording. Is it applicable to regular visitor visa applications?

Thanks
