And not only on one word "submitted". The speech is not that long and there is also a Q/A part.Thanks po advice. He only say "WHO HAVE SUBMITTED"

If you read past the last page of this thread, and check other threads on this matter, you will see tons of opinions. But before we see any actual TRV approvals or refusals with quality reports from applicants - there is no point of arguing. If you believe that AOR isn't required - then fine, apply and tell us later. No one would stop you or tell you are wrong (they would be foolish to do so). You may be right.
