Hello Everyone
just wanted to share with everyone who ever is trying and wanted to get their TRV approved. My mother applied online for the fourth time and got her PPR today through MYCIC account.

last three rejection were for only family ties since I do not have any one living in back home right after my father passed away last year.
I have shown properties and bank balance on her name, which was original.but still got three rejection.
last time rejected was in Aug 06, and I have applied same day with the CPC Mississauga approval letter for my mother's immigrant application applied in 2009. and explained on the offer letter that she won't stay more than two months, just wanted to see her grand children and wrote she's never gonna jeopardize her immigrant application by over staying and she will go back to take care of her properties and all these I have explained fully in my invitation letter and it worked.
so please do not give up hope even if you got refused 2/3 times. try to strength your application what they ask for and write a good explanation on your Invitation or on "Letter of explanation" letter.
