I'm going to be traveling to chile to visit from Canada, I know My visa only lasts for 90 days but hoe do I go about staying longer ?

You will likely have to apply for an extension, and pay some fees to get it. Ask the local authorities in Chile when you are there, usually this is handled by a Foreign Affairs department of some kind.
