Travel history error (PR renewal application), what should I do?

Today I just realized I made a big mistake in providing the details of my time spent outside Canada.
There is one trip I totally forgot and therefore did not list in my application form.
It was a trip of a few months and I actually forgot it :-(
Btw, although it was not a short trip, my total time spent outside Canada is far less than 1095 days after adding this trip to my travel history.
My application was just mailed out this week and has not yet been delivered to IRCC.
I'd like to know what I should do now to rectify this mistake?
Send a LOE to explain this issue or withdraw my application and then reapply?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are several ways like sending a webform/ additional mail, letter etc. Just go with the best option if you don't want more anxiety and sleepless nights. Withdraw the application, you have a buffer since tomorrow is a federal holiday. Reapply with the correct details. Cheers !
