For question # 22 Residency Obligations - Time spent outside Canada, since i have not spent 1095 days or more outside Canada, can i leave this blank because i have seen for question # 20 WORK AND EDUCATIONAL HISTORY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE CANADA,
