My wife is the primary applicant, country of citizenship is Kazakhstan and country of residence is China.
In the travel history we didn't put her trips back to Kazakhstan in the past ten years or to China after she became a resident of China , as when we put the travel history in it says "Provide details of any trips taken outside of her/his country of origin or of residence in the last ten years". This is what our consultant suggested us to. We did it as he says. But in this case, in the checklist it doesn't generate upload field for PCC of Kazakhstan. While if I put all of her travel history to KZ back, it generate a upload field for PCC of Kazakhstan. Another fact is that we traveled to KZ on 21 JAN 2020, and got our ITA in KZ, so we submit our application in KZ, and I put her KZ PCC in client information as I'm worried KZ PCC is needed anyway, but the problem is we did this PCC in NOV 2019 in advance when she resided in China, as I read through someone who get rejected because the PCC date is before leaving that country I got worried. My wife in the past 10 years studied in Malaysia, China and work in China, going back to KZ only for summer/winter holidays and never exceed 6 months in a row.
So my questions are:
1. Is my consultant right? His definition of "country of citizenship is Kazakhstan and country of residence is China", that's the reason we don't put her KZ trips.
2. I read on IRCC web site it says as below, so in this case even visa officer asks for KZ PCC ours was issued after the last time she stayed there for 6 months or more in a row. So will we be rejected like someone else because of " PCC date is before leaving that country"? I'm confused.

For any other country, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row.
I honestly don't understand how my consultant doesn't understand why there's a difference on uploading fields if play a little bit differently on the travel history. If that will be the root why we got rejected we really got screwed by him.

- must not be expired
