Transcript Issue

Dear All,


I am in process of applying for Canadian immigration.I am from Pakistan. In Pakistan our Father's name is written on all our academic transcripts and degrees. Now my father's real name is Ali Malik but on all my academic transcripts and degrees its written Ali Sheikh by mistake. Even on my birth certificate its written Ali Malik . Its next to impossible to change my dad's name on all my transcripts and degrees. How can this issue be solved. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Check with your attorney/Immigration consultant to see if you/your father can give an affidavit.

The ideal thing it to attempt for changing...it might be tough but would be worth taking the effort.

How about your Passport? What is written on that?

Make a gazette with the name which you have it in your passport.
Thats should solve the issue.
