Also there was no changes made in my application. I had sent the same application copy which i had sent to CIO. So there is no point in thinking about changes like Language or anything. Everything was kept the same.

I got a call from my Mom saying that she has received a letter from CHC.... I am at office now and waiting to go check what the reason is for the denial. I will update every1 so incase anything new then every1 is made aware of so they do not face the same cause.

An IT person can only apply to NOC Code 0213 and you should have performed managerial duties at least for 1 year. If not then one is not eligible to apply. From India it takes arnd 6-12 months depending upon the application as to how easy it is to process the application.

Saadi, You need to get transcripts from University/College and they have their envelope and they seal, stamp and give it to you. That is what you need i guess. They seal and stamp the envelope.

Dear simsinghgill I checked with both my File Number and both show the same status :( I am 99% that it is a rejection but just waiting to know the reason. COZ i had sent all my aplpications correctly with all supported documents. Waiting to get a letter from them.
