hello guys, is it possible if i send my PCC even they are not requesting it yet to add it into my file. or i have to wait till they request it. I just done my medical last NOv 13, i have no idea if they send my Medical result to my VO.... Please advice

I got the medical request from CIO.

In my medical request, I only got IMM 1017 form, it doesn't say anything about chest X-ray. Is it usual procedure to send only IMM 1017 form?

What all test they do and what according to you shd be prepared before you go for medical test.

I got the medical request from CIO.

In my medical request, I only got IMM 1017 form, it doesn't say anything about chest X-ray. Is it usual procedure to send only IMM 1017 form?

That is very usual. Please refer to the Medical Instructions(.pdf or .doc file) attached to your MR e-mail. Generally, your doctor must send the medical results to Ottawa (not to CPP but RMO, if you are in Canada). X-ray and blood work form will be provided by your doctor (that is why you have to provide photos).

My work visa expired last month, so as soon as I got nominated through PNP I applied for an extension using the letter that BC PNP gave me and I got a 2 year extension today! So that's a weight off my mind, being that I was technically in between visas, so didn't have medical coverage, nor could I potentially reenter the country if I left!

Phew! The esimate on the website for 60 days was pretty accurate too. I didn't have to go to the border and flag pole either, they just mailed me a new visa! Happy days!

The doctor told me that the result will be going to Ottawa and I guess my file processing will also be in CPP-ottawa as I am already in Canada and I indicated visa office as CPP-ottawa so i am assuming it will be going to Ottawa.

My brother received his MR today....I wonder what's inside the AOR letter before MR. It seems that they have my wrong email(based on MR email) that's why I didn't receive anything.

Do I need to email them to correct it?

If you are not sure that your email is correct, i think you should email them by explaining the correct one.

I suggest that you should atleast be prepared with new PCCs if your previous expired. They thereself will cnontact you for any required/updated documents.
