Hi surial,surial said:Hi Sarayu,
I just have one Q. I got the AOR last month from the cio
and as per Abu Dhabi forum it takes up
to 5 months to reach the visa office in here
my nomination certificate will expire end of
April. Do you think they are checking the
Nomination cert. at the cio only or the
Same must reach the visa office before the
expiry date for another check up?? Because if they do
and my application arrived after the end of April then
It might end up with me having my application refused due to expired nomination or what !!!!
Plz advice
sarayu said:Hi surial,
Since you already got your AOR, you don't have to worry about the expiration date of your nomination. The nomination should be valid ONLY until the CIO receives your application. So, you are completely good even your file reaches visa office in Abu Dhabi after April.
Good luck.
Thanks,
Sarayu.
Man you are a very big help here ..... God bless you
Congrats on your PPR.rdecartus said:Hey guys,
I received PPR one day ago. The PPR email states the address for mailing passports to be in Ottawa. The email also states that if I have a mailing address in Canada I should use CanadaPost to track the delivery mail as well as the one coming back from CPPO. If I don't use CanadaPost, then they will send it by regular mail that won't have a tracking.
I am in the US. I can probably send my passport using UPS and track the delivery to CPPO. But for return mail, I am concerned that I won't be able to track the package. I am thinking of having my friend in Canada send me a pre-paid CanadaPost envelop to my address in the US, and then I can keep that in my UPS envelop for return delivery from CPPO.
What do you guys suggest?
